What is Guns of Glory?

Guns of Glory: Lost Island is a free-to-play strategy MMO from FunPlus set in a steampunk-inspired Enlightenment era where the Cardinal has seized the throne and plunged the kingdom into darkness. You play as a prisoner escaping the Bastille, rebuilding power from nothing. Core gameplay blends castle-building, resource management, troop training, and real-time PvP warfare on a shared server map.

What differentiates it from standard SLGs is the steampunk aesthetic and airship system. You build and upgrade an airship — a flying warship that serves as your signature military unit. Airship customization includes hull upgrades, weapon loadouts, and crew assignments. Combined with musketeer infantry and cannon defenses, the combat layer has more visual personality than medieval-themed competitors.

Hero collection runs alongside the strategy. You recruit named characters — Milady de Winter, Aramis, Captain Trail — each with unique combat abilities that affect army performance when assigned as commanders. Hero progression follows the standard SLG model: leveling, gear, and skill upgrades.

The first 7-10 days are guided by mission chains and rapid upgrade rewards. Alliance warfare and territory control become the primary gameplay driver by estate level 15+. Seamless chat translation makes global alliance coordination easy — a rare feature in the genre.
