What is Raid: Shadow Legends?

Raid: Shadow Legends is a turn-based fantasy RPG where you collect over 800 champions from 16 factions and battle through the dark realm of Teleria. Core gameplay combines team-building, artifact farming, and tactical 4v4 combat across campaign stages, 15 dungeons, and three separate PvP arenas.

The depth sits under the surface. Every champion has three active skills, a passive ability, and a mastery tree — layered on top of 160+ artifact sets and 8 viable stat builds. Two players with the same Legendary can run completely different roles, and that's where long-term engagement lives.

You play as a resurrected warrior tasked with uniting Teleria against the dark lord Siroth. In practice, that means summoning champions from shards, building rosters for different content types, and grinding gear from dungeons to push harder stages and clan-wide bosses.

The opening 3-5 hours guide you through campaign Act 1 with a starter champion — Kael and Athel are the strongest picks for new accounts.
